Founder's Story
Donovan Dock — The System He Needed at 12. Now It Exists for Yours.
"Donovan Dock is a former NFL Combine invitee and the founder of the premier Dallas-Fort Worth youth athletic development program, Visionhacker Athletics. He wasn't drafted — and speed was the separator. That moment didn't break him. It marked him.
He took that lesson into finance — built systems, developed rockstar agents, and drove a successful exit. That blueprint became VHM. Then came a school keynote where dozens of kids lined up with tears in their eyes, finally feeling seen. Donovan knew: the system he needed at 12 didn't exist. So he built it.
Succeed Forever Community is that system. Built on faith, discipline, and the belief that every kid deserves the edge he had to find the hard way.

Kevin's Story
At one of our events, there was a kid named Kevin who came to a moment that looked small to everyone else — but felt impossible to him. In front of the group was a rope bridge that meant crossing over and moving forward. Kevin froze. He didn't want to step onto it. He couldn't see himself making it across. And instead of pretending he was fine, he showed exactly where a lot of kids really live — stuck between fear and the next step.
Kevin made me go with him a different way: down into the creek, over rocks, through the mess. It wasn't the safe, clean, expected route. It was awkward. It was harder. It looked like breaking the rules. But in Kevin's mind it was the only way to move forward. And step by step, rock by rock, we kept going — until eventually Kevin made it across. When he reached the other side, he didn't just cross a bridge — he crossed a line inside himself.
That's the spirit of a Visionhacker: someone who refuses to drift and refuses to quit. When the 'normal path' feels impossible, Visionhackers find a way forward. They turn fear into movement, obstacles into reps, and pressure into proof.
Kevin became our poster child for pushing through what feels impossible. Not because he did it perfectly — but because he did it anyway.
