Donovan holds his Bachelors in Biblical Studies and is a leading speaker, coach, and transformational leader.  He has dedicated his life to equipping, inspiring, and leading others to achieve their personal & professional goals.  His ultimate goal is community empowerment.

Self-employed since 1983, and is currently the owner of three very successful businesses: Horizon Roofing, Restoration Properties, and MC Leasing. He resides in Midlothian, Texas. His wife Toni is his best friend for 38 years, they have 1 daughter and 4 grandbabies.

Paulina has her Bachelor's in Health Education and Health Promotion.  She also just finished her Master's degree. She is driven by her love and passion for the community. Paulina is determined to be a leader and guide young teens through success coaching. 

Sonia has been serving and shaping non-profits for over 15 years and brings her expertise, passion and positive attitude on a daily basis.  She is married to her best friend Dave for 36 years and together they have 2 children and 4 wonderful grandchildren.

For the last two decades, Emily has passionately served the nonprofit community. She graduated with a Masters Degree in Public Affairs, and with a Masters Certification in Nonprofit Management.  She also has a strong passion to equip nonprofit organizations to fulfill their greatest potential

Wona Pena is a seasoned wellness coach with a background in the health and fitness industry for the past 30 years. She has a bachelor's degree in theology; she's a certified masseuse, personal trainer, group-ex instructor, wellness coach, registered yoga alliance instructor .
